Built the operational infrastructure for a newly reorganized enterprise design org of 30+ designers across 4 teams, supporting a portfolio of 50+ backend tools that power the streaming digital experiences behind Disney+, Hulu, and ABC. Established Jira-based sprint cadences, onboarded all team members on agile best practices, and architected a first-of-its-kind work intake system that standardized how product managers request work from design, improving cross-functional communication and expectation alignment at scale.

Continuously iterated on that framework to surface velocity signals and planning visibility for design leadership. Removed blockers across tooling, process, and communication, and where institutional constraints prevented solutions, engineered them independently. This included developing a custom internal tool via Claude Code to address workflow gaps the existing Jira instance could not solve.

Also served as the designated AI Champion for the broader TPM organization. Led training sessions, maintained a living best-practices wiki, and acted as the first point of contact for colleagues exploring AI-driven workflow improvements. Built and showcased working prototypes that made the value of AI tangible, accelerating adoption across the org.
