Experience
Technical Program Manager II, Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology
Present

Kept Reimagine Tomorrow live while rebuilding it. A high-visibility Disney initiative amplifying underrepresented voices across the company. Led engineering, managed web engineers and QA, and coordinated across product, design, and content.

Built the operational infrastructure for a newly reorganized enterprise design org of 30+ designers across 4 teams, supporting a portfolio of 40+ backend tools that power the streaming digital experiences behind Disney+, Hulu, and ABC. Established Jira-based sprint cadences, onboarded all team members on agile best practices, and architected a first-of-its-kind work intake system, including process flow documentation and functional specifications to elicit requirements and define current and future state workflows, that standardized how product managers request work from design, improving cross-functional communication and expectation alignment at scale.

Built a custom internal platform, after evaluating and ruling out Jira and Airtable, to track throughput across 40+ product queues, forecast design capacity demand, and deliver executive-facing portfolio reports and data-driven recommendations to leadership quarter over quarter. Removed blockers across tooling, process, and communication, and where institutional constraints prevented solutions, engineered them independently.

Also served as the designated AI Champion for the broader TPM organization. Led training sessions, developed communication plans and user adoption strategies, maintained a living best-practices wiki, and acted as the first point of contact for colleagues exploring AI-driven workflow improvements. Built and showcased working prototypes that made the value of AI tangible, accelerating adoption across the org.

Founder & Product Designer, Designer's Sprint
Apr 2026 – Present

Built and shipped Designer's Sprint, a design program management platform for small creative teams modeled around the Double Diamond process. Features span Kanban with custom workflow columns (Discover, Define, Design, Deliver), sprint planning with completion tracking, roadmap milestones, real-time team collaboration, and a role-based access control system (Owner / Admin / Member / Viewer).

Designed the full product architecture: invite-only onboarding with one-time and reusable codes, admin portal for platform management, feature flags for staged rollouts, and mobile-responsive layouts. Running in production with active users at designerssprint.app.

Senior Technical Support Engineer II, Disney Entertainment & ESPN Technology

Served as the sole on-site technology operator for the Disney+ launch event in San Francisco. Spent days prior preparing office hardware, AV, and conference infrastructure for executive attendees including the President of Disney+. On launch night, managed all real-time technology needs through midnight: AV, screens, conference rooms, and live hardware failures. Zero downtime.

When Disney Streaming shifted to remote work overnight, stood up a solo hardware operations hub from home, the only West Coast distribution point for a rapidly scaling org. Configured and shipped hundreds of MacBooks, keyboards, and peripherals to new hires across California and the Midwest, tailored by role. Provided remote onboarding including hardware setup and software configuration for each new hire. Ran this operation for the full duration of the pandemic, keeping hiring on schedule and enabling the org to scale. Created new hire onboarding documentation from scratch; the existing materials were too technical for end users.

Part of the Jamf and Windows (SCCM) deployment team supporting Disney Streaming globally, including Europe. Owned asset tracking via Jamf and Google Sheets. Led office relocation infrastructure: phone systems and broadcast engineer workstation buildout for PC and Mac.

Hands-on troubleshooting and support across design, engineering, and executive teams during rapid growth and restructuring.

Senior Technical Support Engineer II, Children's Day School

Joined a lean 3-person IT team supporting a private K–8 school of 500 students and 100 staff across two San Francisco campuses. Responsible for the full spectrum of technology operations across both locations: hardware installation, network troubleshooting, and Mac and PC support. This work became especially critical as the school began adopting iPads, requiring hands-on deployment, configuration, and staff enablement at scale. Also served as Jamf Admin, managing hardware deployment across both campuses, and administered Active Directory for new hire account provisioning. Supported administrative staff with day-to-day Windows issues including printers, wireless networking, and the school's handheld radio communication system.

Founded and ran "Coffee & Tech," a weekly after-hours program that gave teachers a dedicated space to bring their most pressing technology challenges, from email setup to presentation tools for school events like Back to School Night. Designed to meet educators where they were, the program drove meaningful technology adoption across a faculty that had traditionally been resistant to change.

Provided consistent A/V support for weekly assemblies and major school events including graduation, Back to School Night, and State of the School, handling setup, live operation, and real-time troubleshooting.

Specialist & Creative Trainer, Apple Inc.

Spent a decade at Apple across one of the most transformative periods in the company's history, from the iPod era through the iPhone, iPad, and the Jobs-to-Cook transition. Began as a Specialist, earning a reputation for making new technology accessible to a wide range of customers, which led to a natural progression into a training and technical role.

As a certified Apple Creative Trainer, facilitated learning experiences across formats: 1-on-1 sessions, group workshops, and school events for kids, for both customers and employees. Developed in-store training materials at leadership's request to bridge knowledge gaps for non-technical sales staff. Attended Apple Corporate training sessions as contributor, presenter, and participant, bringing learnings back and implementing them in-store.

Also served as a certified Apple technician specializing in hands-on hardware and software repair, with a focus on mobile devices. Leveraged creative and video production skills to develop internal culture-building resources, filling gaps that Apple Corporate didn't address, keeping store teams informed, inspired, and connected.
